10 Day Internet Return Policy
At Farmer’s Jewelry we strive to provide all clients with a positive customer experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment. However, if you are not satisfied with your internet purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 10 days from the from the date of shipment. Please note, all custom order/special order items are final sale and can not be returned. Also, items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Jewelry must be in good unworn condition with all original receipts, certificates and accessories. Be sure to include all original packaging and collateral material, including diamond certificates. A $250.00 fee will be charged if the diamond certificate is not returned.
Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged. All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items received as a gift without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a store credit.
Upon receiving your return/exchange, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Control department and after it is accepted, your refund/exchange will be processed. A UPS return shipping label will be included in your original shipment, please use the return label for your return shipment. Be sure to request a receipt when you drop your package off at the UPS facility.
Please note that the above return policy applies to Internet purchases only. Upon receipt, if there is any damage to your purchase you must notify us by E-mailing email@example.com within 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise.
